Selection process  

Part A : The computer-based exam:  

• First, applicants must take a standardized computer-based exam. This assessment evaluates both your general knowledge and your ability to read and write in English.

Part B : The Stenography Skills Test:

Exam Pattern  

Part A: Computer-Based Exam (200 Points):

• Questions are provided in both Hindi and English (just in the English part).  

Part B: examination of your Stenographic proficiency (200 marks)

• Dictation: 100 words per minute for ten minutes.  
• Language: Hindi or English.  
• Computer-generated transcription.  
• The skill assessment is not excluded.  

Part C: Assessment of Service Records (100 marks)
