Job description:

A full-time Senior Salesforce Engineer is needed by the Cloud Partner Salesforce practice team to help with the creation of innovative new features and improvements for our customers. For a smooth deployment, some functionalities will need to be integrated with other systems.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with a lot of experience to join our vibrant team. The ideal applicant will possess a wealth of Salesforce development experience, including knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and third-party system connections. This person will be crucial in creating, developing, and deploying scalable solutions that satisfy business requirements while abiding by security guidelines and best practices inside the Salesforce platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage in the design, documentation, and delivery of solutions.
• Create Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce and use Platform Events to suit business needs.
• Development of a customized user interface that incorporates Lightning Web Components and Lightning Pages
• In order to meet business needs, support a comprehensive functional design document.
• Work together with a group of engineers, developers, and architects to identify the best technical plans and designs to satisfy business requirements.
• Lead and take part in stakeholder project meetings as needed.
• supports the development and recording of end-user requirements for new and/or ongoing client application implementation projects, as well as business process due diligence.
• Participate actively in the creation of tailored solutions and use SFDC and additional toolkits to implement the solutions.
• Develop, convey, and carry out a deployment strategy
• Utilize Visualforce, Apex, LWC, API, SOQL, and flows to automate laborious procedures when configuring, managing, and developing within Salesforce.
• Documentation pertaining to the system, including data mappings, process flows, business requirements, configuration worksheets, etc., should be created and maintained.
• Coach younger members of the team

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• solid understanding of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, including omni-channel routing, entitlements, products, opportunities, leads, cases, reporting, security/sharing, automation, and data import
• Preferred is knowledge of setting up and modifying Salesforce CPQ.
• strong communication and presenting abilities. proficient in both written and spoken English for a professional setting.
• the capacity to work on several tasks at once.
• the capacity to pick up AppExchange and other apps’ features and interfaces (both custom and from third-party suppliers) fast.
• Strong teamwork skills and familiarity with Agile approaches
• Knowledge of object-oriented languages like Java
• Proficiency in Web Services, REST APIs, JSON, and Platform Events
• At least three years of experience as a developer using the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Five years of expertise in managing and creating SAAS apps
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline
• Platform Developer 2 and Salesforce Certified Administrator are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• It is advantageous to have prior experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• familiarity with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DX.
• It is advantageous to have knowledge of other programming languages or frameworks, such as JavaScript or Node.js. programming languages or frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js) is a plus.
