Job Description:

A picker loader is in charge of choosing and getting things ready for transportation in a warehouse or distribution center. They pick things according to predetermined orders after carefully scanning labels. They collect the goods and make sure they are in ideal shape for shipping. After the objects are gathered, they get them ready for travel by safely packing and sealing them to guard against damage. The Picker Loader swiftly and neatly arranges the products so they are easy to find when they arrive. They expertly put the products onto delivery trucks or containers, taking fragility and weight distribution into account while maximizing available space. They use technology to track orders and keep thorough records, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. In order to ensure that goods are properly prepped and loaded and to support a smooth supply chain operation, picker loaders are essential. Recruitment 2025 

Required Skills :

• Pick products from shelves based on customer orders and packing lists.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before loading.
• Safely and efficiently load goods onto delivery vehicles or containers.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified).
• Maintain accurate records of picked and loaded goods.
• Ensure all shipments meet safety and quality standards.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and proper handling procedures.
• Assist in inventory control by reporting discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic maths and reading skills for order verification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Forklift or pallet jack certification (preferred but not always required).

Work Environment:

• Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and moving items for extended periods.
• May involve working in various conditions, including cold storage or outdoor loading areas.
• Monday to Saturday or overtime, may be required based on demand.
