Eligibility Criteria 

 1. Customer Service Associate (CSA):

• A minimum of 50% in grades at or after graduation.  
• Computer proficiency is advantageous.  
• It is preferable if you know both Hindi and English.  
• Previous work experience is not necessary.  

2. Probationary Officer – Scale I:

• Graduated or completed school with a minimum of 50%  
• The Indian government agreed on it.  
• Previous experience is not compulsory.

3. Risk Officer – Scale I :

• 60% in math, statistics, and econometrics for an MBA (Finance) or Master of Business Administration.  
• We prefer risk certificates issued by the IIBF, NIBM, and GARP.  

4. Chartered Accountant – Scale I:

• An ICAI-certified CA is required.  

5. Level 1 IT Officer :

• A 4-year engineering degree or a postgraduate qualification in related IT domains  
• Or DOEACC “B” level.  
• 60 percent or more  

6. Police Officer at Level I : 

• LLB (50%)  
• Joined the Bar Council  

7.  Credit Officer Level 1:

• Graduation and a full-time MBA, MMS, or PGDBM program with a specialty in finance (60% marks).  
• You must attend a full-time program for two years.  

8. Agricultural Field Rep for Scale I: 

• A four-year degree in a farming-related field.  
• At least 50%.  

9. Human Resources Officer Level 1: 

• A postgraduate degree or diploma in social work, labor law, human resources, or international relations obtained after two years of college.  
• At least 50%.  

10. Scale II Manager Positions:

• 2 years of post-qualification experience (except for Manager Security, who needs 5 years of Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary experience)
