Duties and Responsibilities
Reach your collection goals by going to clients or agencies. Keep an eye on performance in relation to predetermined parameters and give frequent updates. When reclaiming products, be sure that all legal requirements are met. Keep thorough records of all communications and transactions with customers. Report on collection performance and operations on a regular basis. Respond to escalations in a timely and efficient manner to address problems. Management of daily DRRs (Daily Risk Reports) Create and put into action plans to increase collection rates. Case-by-case monitoring Resolution in accordance with AOP within predetermined timeframes Management of Portfolios Goal of the debt collection approach Success Analysis and Reporting on Regulatory Compliance Leadership of the Risk Management Team and Vendor Management Organizing with both internal and external customers
